The work consists of the demolition of six dwelling structures and restoration of the grounds at the following addresses in Litchfield, Illinois: 1325 N. Jackson, 1221 N. Van Buren, 115 E. South, 404 N. Walnut, 1522 N. Jackson, and 1224 S. Franklin. Contractors must comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) and pay not less than the prevailing wage rates to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract.
