A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Lindale ISD is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for 2026 Re-Roofing, Lindale I.S.D., Lindale, Texas. Contract documents may be obtained at the office of the Architect, Harris Craig Architects, Inc. Competitive Sealed Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. in the Administration Building Boardroom at Lindale I.S.D. Proposals must be clearly marked as '2026 Re-Roofing.' SELECTION CRITERIA: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following weighted criteria: purchase price (30%), reputation of the vendor and of the vendor's goods or services (20%), quality of the vendor's goods or services (20%), vendor's past relationship with the district and/or design team (10%), specific experience in public schools of the scope of the proposed project (10%), and proximity of Proposer's home office to Lindale ISD (10%). The District will select the offeror that offers the best value based on these criteria and its ranking evaluation. The District is not restricted to considering price alone but may consider any other stated factor. Lindale I.S.D. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts of proposals.
