The undersigned hereby proposes to perform: Earthwork, grading and stockpile construction, Airport Operation Area fence and perimeter road construction, protection of aviation operation equipment and utilities, erosion and sediment control measures and landscaping, drainage and other miscellaneous work. The services will be performed within the: Elgin O'Hare Western Access Tollway (I-490) between Mile Post 3.0 and Mile Post 4.0 in DuPage County, Illinois. Important Note for All Bidders: By submitting a bid to F.H.
