The Department shall have the right to alter the nature and extent of the Work as provided in the Contract. Payment shall be made as provided in the same. Project 29692.00 is located on Route 163 in Presque Isle beginning 0.07 of a mile East of Water St and extending North 1.64 miles, and beginning at Dyer St and extending South 0.18 of a mile.
