Site work and paving for a civil project in Pointe-aux-Trembles, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Upgrades and repairs to the city road, water and sewer infrastructure. The scope of the project that will be completed in three phase will include: - Phase 1: Separation of the existing combined sewer system into separate storm and sanitary sewer systems. The first phase consists of infrastructure replacement work on Sarto and Tremblay streets, including the work necessary to connect the new system to the existing one on Iberville Boulevard and Notre-Dame Street. - Phase 2: Infrastructure replacement work on Vincent and Christian Streets. - Phase 3: Infrastructure replacement work on Cavanagh and Moncana Streets. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in fall 2026. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
