Renovation of a fire / police facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,500-square-foot fire / police facility.
Renovate approximately 1,500 square feet of space located on the first floor formerly used as the VA Credit Union, the Police Dispatch, and provide camera upgrades on Inpatient Mental Health unit 2B at the William S. Middleton Memorial VA Hospital in Madison, WI. Work includes, but is not limited to hazardous material removal, general demolition and construction, interior and exterior alterations, structural, mechanical, pneumatic tube, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology, control, and communications. This project shall also include work in the ceiling on the floor below where spaces need to be coordinated with staff to make available.
