Design and construction of two new buildings at 80 Falcon Road, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. One building will be for administration, and the other will be for storage. The storage building will provide secure, weather-protected space for equipment, materials, and supplies, while the administrative building will house offices, meeting areas, and support facilities for staff. Work will include site preparation, foundation and structural construction, installation of mechanical and electrical systems, and all necessary interior and exterior finishes to ensure both buildings are functional, durable, and compliant with applicable codes and standards. TIMELINE: This is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals. This is an advance notice for a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested consultants or contractors an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s). Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise. The estimated cost construction of the proposed Modified Design-Build (MDB) Contract is in the range of $40M It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in Spring 2026. This is conditional on receiving approval to proceed by the Department of National Defence (DND).
