Reference Number 0000316323 The work includes the restoration of the building envelope, particularly the restoration of wooden windows, stabilization of masonry to maintain the performance of the envelope and ensure durability, including waterproofing, reconstruction of the pediment, and relocation of the exhaust vent on the roof. Also required are interior redevelopment works, including reinstallation of the main air supply unit, modifications to the building's mechanical and electrical systems related to the interior layout, reconfiguration of non-heritage toilets in the northwest portion of the building to bring them up to current standards, demolition and construction of partitions according to the proposed interior design plans, mechanical (HVAC), electrical and IT and telecommunications systems, supply and installation of fixed millwork furniture, among other tasks.
