Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for Fan Coil Replacement at the JJC for the Facilities Management Department. Bids must be submitted online using the electronic bid system. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added later if specifications are obtained from other internet sites. The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities. This project is a replacement of existing fan coil units on the secure side at the Juvenile Justice Center for Sarpy County. It includes pre-balancing of the existing fan coil units to document airflow and hydronic water flow prior to demolition. The project also includes removal of the existing fan coil units and installation of new fan coil units with reconnection to the existing airside and hydronic systems. Some previous wall vents will be covered and new intakes will be placed in the roof. Two chilled water pumps will be replaced, and the four (4) VFDs serving the chilled water and hot water pumps will be replaced. Finally, the project also includes replacement of an existing pressure relief damper and modification to the termination of an existing exhaust fan. Due to the modifications, the airside and hydronic side will need to be rebalanced. Mandatory Pre-Bid a. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled at the location listed below.
