This interconnect project will connect the existing Tartesso West and Sun Valley systems together. The project may require right of way and/or utility easements in order to make the connection between systems and installing two pressure reducing valves (PRVs) to ensure the Sun Valley system does not over pressurize. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 26, 2026, this project has been approved for design in FY2026 and construction from FY2028-2030.
