Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision for asphalt and street construction services and associated work throughout the SAWS service area for the 2026 Annual Asphalt Overlay Work Order Construction Contract Pkg. 2, SAWS Job No(s). 26-0105, 26-1401, 26-1402. Bids will be received either electronically or through sealed bids until 2:00 PM (CDT) on April 9, 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted via the secure SAWS FTP site following a request for access by 2:00 PM (CDT) on April 8, 2026, providing the legal name of the bidder's company, intended recipient's email address, and phone number. Sealed bids may be delivered to Contract Administration, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Tower II, Customer Center Building, San Antonio, Texas 78212, using a designated drop box. Electronic and sealed bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. Bidders are instructed to view additional project information and obtain project specifications online. For questions regarding the solicitation, technical questions, or additional information, bidders must contact the specified Contract Administrator in writing, and are prohibited from communicating with other SAWS staff, the consultant, the developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this IFB until the contract is awarded. Answers to questions will be posted online or included as an addendum.
