The development consists of 49 units in 11 townhouse buildings of similar age and construction, built in 1967, with consistent structural design and construction characteristics. The exterior walls feature a combination of brick masonry veneer and vinyl siding. The works include, but are not limited to: a. Bracing of Foundation walls for units with Specified Engineered Bracing systems; b. Responsibility for all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, site safety, scheduling, and coordination required to perform the works; c. Completion of work within the substantial and total completion timeframe, including all aspects of planning, scheduling, resource management, and necessary adjustments to avoid delays or get the project back on track to meet specified timelines.
