A. General Project Description: Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to remove Shoremont Water Treatments sludge from its backwash channel, transfer and placement of sludge into adjacent lagoons to west per Contract Drawings and material Performance Specifications. Question Deadline 03/19/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Owner in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Dredging and removal of sludge from the backwash channel and placement in lagoons at the Shoremont Water Treatment Plant.
