UBC Properties Trust (the Owner) has engaged a Construction Manager, Heatherbrae Builders Co Ltd., to coordinate and manage the construction of 6 new student accommodation towers at UBC Lower Mall Precinct, Vancouver, BC. The Construction Manager is issuing Invitation to Tender - Trade Contractors as follows; Bid Call for the following trades: Concrete / Formwork Concrete Supply Reinforcement Structural Steel Structural Steel Stud CLT Supply CLT Installation All bidders are required to register with Heatherbrae Builders their intent to bid this project by March 13th, 2026.
