Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment for the Airport Lighting Project. The project includes but is not limited to replacing all airfield lighting as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the contractor's name, address, project name, and the date and opening time. Bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the owner, or a bid bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract. The Glasgow Airport Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date.
