Bids are for landscaping at Station #1 located at 738 Sheridan Drive, Town of Tonawanda and Station #2 located at 1708 Military Road, Town of Tonawanda and 1704 Military Road, Town of Tonawanda. The contractor is to perform general landscaping maintenance at Sheridan Park Fire District #4, Station #1 and Station #2, and the adjacent property at 1704 Military Rd owned by the Fire District from April 1 through October 31, 2026. Duties include weekly lawn cutting (approximately 24 cuts), weekly bed maintenance, bi-weekly power edging of sidewalks, bi-weekly weed-whacking along fenced areas, weekly pickup of debris on the entire property, removal of all cuttings and debris, shrub trimming as needed, and providing a statement of liability insurance. Maintenance bid to be paid in seven monthly payments from April through October. The Fire District is tax exempt. Mark the lower left-hand corner of the envelope with 'SEALED BID.'
