Preventative maintenance services to support the maintenance of HVAC equipment, including approved maintenance and minor capital replacements, throughout the board. One supplier will be awarded for both North and South regions. Suppliers must be headquartered outside the United States of America unless they can demonstrate having more than 250 full-time employees in Canada. All proponents must be registered for the bid by the registration deadline. Those not already deemed qualified by LKDSB will be invited to submit to the LKDSB Contractor Qualification, which must be completed in addition to submission requirements. Respondents must be qualified and maintain this status according to the LKDSB Contractor Qualification and Onboarding Program. Those not currently qualified or with expired qualification must complete and submit a Contractor Qualification application before the bid closing date. The procurement is a Request for Quotation with a two-stage bid criteria. Mandatory technical requirements include maintaining qualified status per the LKDSB Contractor Qualification and Onboarding Program and having a publicly known business presence in Ontario. Evaluated criteria include response time and team alignment, equipment and materials, and rates. Bids are to be submitted electronically via Bids and Tenders.
