A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project consists of improving approximately 2,500 linear feet of residential roadway, including water, sanitary, and storm mains, full road reconstruction, select sidewalk and ADA curb ramp reconstruction, and other related work. Improvements will occur on Mountain View Drive, Kimball Court, State Street, and Daisy Street, located in the southwest quadrant of Pullman, Washington, situated between S. Grand Avenue and SW Fountain Street. Bidders may obtain plans and specifications from the City of Pullman plan room at www.cityofpullmanplanroom.com. Bidders must create a free user account to view and download digital files at no cost. Printed documents are available at the bidder's expense by choosing the order option at the same website. Bidders are encouraged to register as a plan holder at the city's plan room. A certified check, bid bond, or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid must accompany the proposal. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on any protected grounds. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or irregularities, and, after careful consideration of all bids and factors involved, make the award to best serve the interests of the City of Pullman.
