Renovation of a mixed-use development in Syosset, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,200-square-foot laboratory facility; and educational facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for the Science Research Lab at Syosset High School, specifically for Contract HS-M3 covering Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. Digital and hard copy sets of bidding documents, plans, and specifications are available for a fee. Bidders must return plans in good condition for a refund. Arrangements for shipping and costs are the responsibility of the bidder. There will be a pre-bid conference and walkthrough, which is highly recommended but not mandatory. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder who meets the experience, technical, and budget requirements, in compliance with the specifications and required security. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality, and accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the School District.
