Provide all tools, material, equipment, and labor for construction of a new addition to the existing administration building. The addition includes additional office space for executives, customer service, and engineering, entry lobby, boardroom and training rooms, conference rooms, fitness center, garage, restrooms, and storage. The existing garage, service area, and associated supportive areas are to remain as is, other than installing a new roof. All work must be in accordance with the specifications provided. All bids must be firm, submitted through the designated electronic platform, and contain the full name of each person or company interested in the bid. Bidders must use the provided proposal form and submit a bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder must supply all required certifications, affidavits, insurance, and statements as specified, and comply with prevailing wage requirements and non-discrimination laws.
