The City of Bradenton is seeking proposals from qualified entities to provide Engineering Continuing Services for Environmental Testing. Proposers must comply with the specified scope of services and meet certain qualifications, including registration with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation to provide engineering services in Florida and having at least one key personnel who is a registered Professional Engineer licensed by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers. Proposals must be submitted electronically via OpenGov by the deadline indicated. Required proposal components include several completed forms (Interest in Competitive Bid Form, Non-Collusive Form, Public Entity Crimes Form, Negligence or Breach of Contract Form, Anti-Human Trafficking Affidavit, and SunBiz Registration Documentation), certifications (Examination of Documents, Scrutinized Companies, Drug-Free Work Place), and a single-page Letter of Interest. Failure to submit any required forms or certifications may result in a proposer being deemed non-responsive. Joint ventures must provide documentation attesting to their formation. Only electronic submittals via OpenGov are accepted, and late proposals will not be considered. Proposals cannot be viewed by anyone other than the proposer until the official bid opening and will be made public in accordance with Florida law. Experience in providing environmental testing engineering services must be demonstrated in the proposal.
