The district currently consists of 58 campuses and 9 district sites with additional campuses pending. The intention of this solicitation is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide marquee, signage and scoreboards products and related services across the District. The purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide marquee, signage, and scoreboard products and related services across the District. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a reliable source for the turnkey design, fabrication, permitting, delivery, installation, replacement, maintenance, technical support, and removal of marquee, signage, and scoreboard solutions that meet District standards for quality, safety, branding, durability, and functionality. Turnkey shall include, but not be limited to: o Design and engineering o Fabrication o Site verification and measurements o Required structural components o Concrete foundation o Brick, stone, stucco, masonry, or other architectural finishes (when applicable) o Structural framing and supports o Required permits and coordination with local authorities o Coordination of electrical components o Installation and mounting o Integration of digital components o Final testing and commissioning Electrical work may be separately permitted; however, the vendor must coordinate electrical requirements and clearly identify them in the proposal. All other structural, finish, and permitting components (including brick, stone, stucco, foundation, etc.) must be included in turnkey pricing. Repair and Refurbishment o Replacement of panels, LED modules, lighting, or structural components o Digital display repairs and upgrades o Refurbishment of masonry or finish materials o Removal and proper disposal of obsolete or damaged marquees Programming, Training, and Technical Support o Initial programming and configuration of digital marquees o On-site training for campus end users o User manuals and support documentation o Ongoing technical support for end users after installation o Remote troubleshooting capabilities, if available Scoreboard Services (Turnkey) Installation and Replacement Turnkey scoreboard services shall include: o Design and engineering o Fabrication o Structural supports and mounting systems o Concrete foundation (if required) o Required permits and coordination with local authorities o Coordination of electrical requirements o Control systems and integration o Installation and commissioning o Training for coaches and campus personnel o Warranty and post-installation technical support Signage Services o Design, fabrication, and installation of interior and exterior signage o Building identification signage o Directional, wayfinding, safety, and informational signage o ADA-compliant signage o Temporary and permanent signage solutions o Replacement and repair of existing signage Contract Term - May 2026 - May 2027.
