The City of Scottsdale is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional firms to provide annual services for civil/site work and related services on an as-needed basis at various project locations throughout the City. Up to 5 firms will be selected. Services include civil infrastructure construction inspection and related services. The initial contract term is for two years, with a maximum contract term amount of $12,000,000. The contract may be renewed for up to three additional one-year terms, each with a maximum term amount of $6,000,000. Renewal is subject to successful performance and the City's needs. The contract maximum may be adjusted by mutual agreement. The City may award one or more Job Order Contracts from this RFQ, but there is no guarantee of work under any contract. Submittals must be in Adobe PDF format and uploaded to the Bonfire (Euna) system.
