Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Supply and installation of gas valves for wastewater boilers. Question Deadline 03/13/2026 at 2:00 PM CT All general inquiries regarding these specifications or other bid documents shall be directed via e-mail request to Sharon Mulder, Purchasing Agent (smulder@lincoln.ne.gov) All inquiries must be submitted to the Purchasing Office 5 calendar days prior to the bid close Vendors shall bid for the products listed in the Ebid Line Items according to the specifications and drawings provided in the Ebid system. 5 The project consists of supplying four (4) Maxon 300CMA11BF52BB21B0 which is a 3" E/M CP Flow Auto Shutoff Valve. Removal of existing valves will need to be done with installation of new valves following. There are two (2) valves for boiler. Methanol is what moves through the valves. The Vendor is responsible for obtaining and paying of all fees and charges associated with permits or licenses required to complete the work for this project except for permit fees identified to be paid by the Owner. 5.4 Vendors will be given a location to park vehicles and stage equipment during the term of the project. The City shall not be liable for any damage or loss which may occur if the Vendor stages materials on the jobsite. Vendor takes full responsibility for all their employees and any subcontractors who are hired to work on the project.
