The project includes the construction of two new secondary clarifiers mechanisms and a new non-potable water system pump. Questions concerning this project shall be directed to Nikki Ingram, P.E., 903- 533-2084 Question Deadline 04/08/2026 Bidders desiring further information or interpretations must make request for such information to the Project Designer prior to four (4) working days before the time of the bid opening Work of the Tyler Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant Secondary Clarifiers Rehabilitation project will provide the Owner with a new secondary clarifiers mechanism and NPW system redundancy. The project work generally includes construction of two new mechanical septage receiving stations, one manual septage receiving station, and new non-potable water system pump. More specifically, the Work includes, but is NOT limited to, construction of: 1. Removal of the existing suction header mechanism in the secondary clarifiers and replace with new spiral rake mechanisms. 2. Addition of a new vertical non-potable water pump at the Chlorine Contact Disinfection System. 3. Site improvements to support items above including yard piping, paving, grading, stormwater infrastructure. 4. Site electrical improvements to support items above including duct banks, transformers, control systems. 5. Oncor work for Power Pole relocation and temporary power supply.
