Renovation of a military facility in Independence, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Construction of a new Contaminated Waste Plant and renovation of three additional buildings, including all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the project under a firm-fixed-price, design-bid-build contract. Work must be performed in accordance with full project specifications and drawings and will involve construction of a new industrial facility along with remodeling and upgrades to existing structures at the installation. Site access requires advance clearance for all personnel, and attendance at the scheduled site visit is strongly encouraged to verify existing conditions. The contractor will be responsible for all construction activities associated with delivering a complete and functional contaminated waste processing facility.
