The character of the work is UIC retrofit at six locations. The major quantities of work involved in this project are: QUANTITY MEASUREMENT ITEM 75 LF 12 Storm Pipe 460 LF Perforated Pipe Infiltration System 8 EA UICs 6 EA Convert Existing UIC to Sedimentation MH All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Gresham, mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked "SEALED BID for 2026 UIC RETROFIT PROJECT" and bearing the name and address of the bidder. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The apparent low bidder will be required to have the current edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Standards. This project is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The City of Gresham requires all Contractors to comply with equal opportunity policies.
