The project consists of the construction of a 30-inch welded steel suction pipeline, a pump station, and a 30-inch steel and PVC discharge pipeline, with a total of approximately 14,600 feet of 30-inch pipe to be installed. All bids must be submitted in printed (hard copy) format. Official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will only be made available through a designated website. Prospective bidders are encouraged to register on the designated website, even if the documents are obtained elsewhere. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. For further requirements about bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders in the bidding documents. All iron and steel products for the project must be produced in the United States unless a waiver is provided. Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to submit bids. Bidders using subcontractors or suppliers must make good faith efforts to solicit DBE participation and submit required documentation with their bid. Preferences are given to resident contractors and materials produced or supplied by Wyoming residents or businesses, quality being equal to that offered by competitors outside the state.
