The City of Vista is requesting proposals from teams composed of a qualified engineering firm to provide professional services for design surveying, underground utility survey, geotechnical investigation, engineering, roadway design, construction staking, construction material testing, and construction support for the W. Bobier Drive Complete Streets Project. The City of Vista received a SANDAG Smart Growth Incentive Program (SGIP) grant for the W. Bobier Drive Complete Streets Project. The project generally consists of a partial road diet and bike lane improvements between Marabou Lane and N. Santa Fe Avenue, construction of roundabouts at W. Knapp Drive and Dorsey Way, along with new pedestrian crossings, raised medians and new street lighting.
