Bid is Cancelled Sapp Lane Foundation Rehabilitation The Clay County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide housing foundation and substructure rehabilitation services at 2651 Sapp Lane, Middleburg, FL 32068. The intent of this project is to remove and replace deteriorated structural floor framing components as identified in the structural inspection prepared by Fortress Engineering Group, LLC, and to restore the building's substructure to a safe, stable, and code-compliant condition suitable for continued occupancy. The objective is a complete structural correction, not a temporary or partial repair. Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this request in the "Question and Answer" tab of the RFB. Bidders are prohibited from contacting any member of the Board, any county employee, or agent of the county regarding the request for bids during the request for bid period, except through official channels as outlined. Exceptions to the no-contact rule include inquiries submitted to the Purchasing Department if provided, pre-bid conferences, and formal presentations specified in the request for bids.
