The Town of Nantucket, through its Fire Department, invites qualified responders to submit bids for the 4 Fairgrounds Apparatus Bay project located in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Bidding procedures shall comply with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 44A-44H inclusive, as amended. The Project Architect is SMRT Architects & Engineers, Inc. Filed sub-bids are required for the HVAC class of work. The project aims to keep the temperature in the apparatus bay between 60-77 degrees Fahrenheit, to be accomplished by installing both heaters and fans in the area.
