Remodeling of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
This package includes wall tiles, tile flooring, ceiling tiles, rubber base, anti-static flooring, millwork, exterior caulking, toilet partitions, washroom accessories, raised access flooring, ramps and handrails system, welded wire mesh partitions, folding panel partitions, and whiteboards. Packages are divided by groups of buildings: Group One (Buildings 02, 03, 04, 05 & 07), Group Two (Buildings 8, 11, 12 & 13), or Group Three (all nine buildings: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 11, 12 & 13). Indicate whether your intention is to submit for a specific group or all buildings. Each scope has specified bonding capacity requirements per group. Submit bids in hard copy.
