APHIS, Cattle Fever Tick Eradication Program requires an annual service contract with a licensed and authorized BARD HVAC service representative to provide semi-annual service inspections and maintenance for six HVAC units supporting USDA's Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system located along the South Texas border area. The HVAC units are essential for maintaining operating temperatures for the radio repeater equipment housed in each of the six radio shelter sites. The shelter sites are located in remote areas and experience extreme environmental conditions. Bidders should refer to the attachments for additional information, including the price schedule, statement of work, HVAC site map, and wage determinations for the relevant counties. Period for acceptance of quotes. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
