Reference Number 0000415610 The County of Rockland ("County"), through its Purchasing Division, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit non-binding information from: Wireless communications companies Tower development and acquisition companies representing wireless carriers Wireless cellular carriers regarding potential interest in constructing new wireless communications towers on County-owned property through long-term lease arrangements. This RFI is strictly for planning, market research, and legislative preparation purposes. Information received will assist the County in determining which specific County-owned properties may warrant further action, including legislative surplus declarations, prior to issuing a formal solicitation.
