Site work and paving for a road / highway in Peachtree City, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project is for milling, Full Depth Reclamation, patching, and resurfacing of various city streets, including all related accessories as shown on the Construction Drawings and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. A more detailed scope of work is described in Section 01 10 00 - Summary and in Appendix B. Prospective bidders are required to download the Project Manual and Construction Drawings from the city website, are responsible for checking the website for addendums, and must email the Purchasing Agent with any questions. Each bid must include a bid security in the amount of 5% and comply with all conditions in Section 00 21 13. Required submittals with each bid are: Construction Contractors Qualification Statement, Bid Security, Bid Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Security and Immigration Compliance Affidavit as specified in Section 00 22 13.
