Site work for a water / sewer project in Washington Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 08, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Consultant shall assign a Project Manager to oversee this work. If the assigned Project Manager must leave, MCES shall be given the right to review the credentials of the proposed replacement Project Manager. MCES must approve any new Project Manager before placement in the position. This task shall include the following 1.1 Kick-Off Meeting A. The Consultant shall schedule and facilitate a project kick-off meeting within two (2) weeks of agreement execution. The meeting shall cover both technical and administrative project issues. The Consultant shall include key team members. The Consultant shall prepare a meeting agenda that will, at a minimum, contain the following items for discussion 1. Introduction of key team members. 2. Summarize the scope of work, schedule, and key issues. 3. Format for progress reports and invoices. 4. Communication protocols. 5. Proposed data management system, access, and transfer protocols. B. The Consultant shall prepare detailed kick-off meeting minutes highlighting decisions made and action items. These minutes shall be submitted to MCES promptly after the meeting. Question Deadline 03/25/2026 at 5:00 PM ET
