Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

In general, the work consists of reconstructing and widening LeBlanc Road from Civic No. 609 to No. 855, approximately 1000 meters in length, and the construction of a new multi-use path on the south side of Belle Forêt Street adjacent to Civic No. 281 and No. 257, approximately 60 meters, as shown on the project drawings and specified in the specifications. The roadway reconstruction includes removal and disposal of existing culverts, replacement of the crushed aggregate base and subbase on LeBlanc Road, excavation for new ditches, supply and installation of new driveway culverts with driveway reinstatements, supply and installation of roadway cross culverts with riprap, supply and placement of asphalt base and seal, as well as new signs and pavement markings. The work also includes the completion of a 60-meter asphalt multi-use pathway on Belle-Forêt Street, which includes, but is not limited to, granular material and asphalt as required for the pathway, landscaping, and curb work.
