Honey Creek Land Company, LLC on behalf of Honey Creek Municipal Management District No. 1 of Collin County will hold a MANDATORY pre-bid conference at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the office of LJA Engineering, Inc., located at 6060 North Central Expressway, Suite 400, Dallas, Texas 75206 Project Description – Laud Howell Parkway Project 1, Phase 1 is located within the City of McKinney, Collin County, Texas. The project consists of the extension of Laud Howell Parkway, constructing the northern half of the roadway cross section and its related improvements within a 140-foot right-of-way, extending from Trinity Falls Parkway west to existing CR 202. Laud Howell Parkway Project 1, Phase 1 Drainage Improvements consist of approximately 7,640 LF of storm sewer improvements, including 18-inch to 60-inch RCPs, RCBs, MCBs, manholes, inlets, headwalls, and riprap. Laud Howell Parkway Project 1, Phase 1 Paving Improvements consist of approximately 309 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete paving, 16,826 SY of 10-inch reinforced concrete paving, stabilized hydrated lime subgrade, 401 SY of 2-inch Type D HMAC pavement, 878 SY of 2.5-inch Type D HMAC pavement, and 1,279 SY of 3-inch Type B HMAC pavement. Additional improvements include signage, pavement markings, and traffic control. Laud Howell Parkway Project 1 – Phase 1 Landscape Improvements consist of approximately 29,302 SY of sod installation, watering by water trucks, and SWPPP maintenance of in-place erosion controls. A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Bidders who attended the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 are not obligated to attend.
