Sanitary drainage network Service shutdown Domestic network in the health center Service shutdown .1 The purpose of this contract is to carry out all work related to the renovations and construction projects illustrated in the documents and according to the specifications in the documents. The full scope of the work is detailed in the plans and specifications for all disciplines. The set of documents must not be divided by discipline but must be considered as a whole. .2 The work includes all transportation of all materials, equipment, and workers .2 The work includes all transportation of all materials, equipment, and workers necessary for the construction of the building from the source of production of the materials to the construction site in Puvirnituq, Nunavik. .3 The work includes the supply of sufficient quantities of all materials and equipment required, as well as the workers necessary to complete the work. This applies to all items, down to the fastening screws. An interior fastener may not be used for any purpose other than that for which it is specified. .4 The work includes the creation of insulated and heated storage spaces for materials, in sufficient quantity to house all materials requiring temporary protection temporary protection until they are incorporated into the structure. The required temperatures must comply with manufacturers' recommendations, but a minimum of twenty (20) degrees Celsius must be maintained. .5 The work includes the supply of all packaging required for all materials and equipment, in accordance with the packaging standards of the selected carriers. These include, but are not limited to, water, electricity, telephone, and telecommunications facilities for the construction team. .8 The Contractor must also provide its own offices. These workspaces must be equipped with an internet network powerful enough to allow frequent communication between the parties involved. A printer must be provided, as well as a blueprint printer. .9 The work includes, if necessary, all site installations required to keep the area around the site safe, regardless of the time of year or the weather conditions prevailing at the time. Provide protective elements that are high enough so that they are not completely covered by snow. If they do become buried, they must be cleared of snow by the Contractor so that they remain visible at all times. .10 The work includes regular cleaning of the site and its surroundings. The waste container(s) must be emptied regularly at the village dump. .11 This section does not limit the scope of work required to complete the project. It is intended solely to summarize all the important elements that must be considered in preparing the Contractor's and Subcontractors' bids. .12 The Contractor must deliver a complete work to the Owner of the establishments. It is the Contractor's responsibility to provide Subcontractors with all the information necessary to complete all the work, for all disciplines. .13 Certain work or materials may be described in the drawings without necessarily being the subject of a section of the specifications or being specifically described in a section of the specifications. It is the Contractor's responsibility to decide who will perform this work and who will supply these materials. .14 The successful bidder for this tender must take into account the schedule indicated in the tender documents. They are required to comply with the deadlines set out in this document. The Contractor must also ensure that additional work crews are added and that work schedules are modified in order to meet the identified deadlines. Any delay must prompt the implementation of an action plan to correct the situation. .15 The northern context in which the work will take place requires significant logistical planning and monitoring. The various stages include the transportation of equipment and materials, the transportation of personnel, their accommodation, and their subsistence. In its bid, the Contractor must anticipate and consider the infrastructure required to accommodate availability in the village of Puvirnituq. The regular supply of food, fuel, parts, and various supplies to the work site is the responsibility and expense of the Contractor, who will, however, be invited to examine local possibilities. The management of climate risks on construction activities is the responsibility of the Contractor and its subcontractors. However, the project owner and/or its representative are authorized to require the Contractor to improve temporary protections during the work if the situation and the quality of the work so require. Best practices in northern environments must be applied. In addition to the transportation of the Contractor's and its subcontractors' personnel, equipment, and materials to the village of Puvirnituq, which must be included in this bid, the transportation of the Contractor's and its subcontractors' personnel, materials, and equipment in the village of Puvirnituq must also be included in this bid. .16 The project owner and/or its Professionals may at any time require sampling of the work prior to overall execution to ensure its proper execution. .17 Partial taking of possession
