The project consists of subcontractor construction services for gymnasium modernizations at Rio Linda High School, Highland High School, and Foothill High School. Work includes all items as shown on drawings by SVA Architects and Catalyst 20, with subcontractors required to review all sets for a complete bid. For Rio Linda High School, the scope includes replacement of basketball backboards, installation of an owner-furnished scoreboard, restroom revisions, and general gymnasium modernization such as new interior paint, over-run padding, lighting, gym floor, bleachers, entry flooring, storefront doors, and acoustic treatments. For Highland High School, the scope includes replacement of scoreboards, replacement of basketball backboards, and restroom revisions. For Foothill High School, the work includes replacement of existing basketball backboards, restroom revisions, and general gymnasium modernization including acoustic treatments, interior finishes, and over-run padding. Subcontractors must break down proposals by site if work occurs at multiple locations, but will receive a single subcontract for multiple sites. Bids must be submitted through the Rodan Builders Building Connected Portal. Bids will be awarded based on the best value criteria.
