Site work for a mixed-use development in Farrell, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

CONTRACT NO. 26-R01 includes parking lot construction, selective demolition, and approximately 1,200 square yards of 6-inch PennDOT 2A subbase, 3-inch Superpave HMA binder course, 1 1/2-inch Superpave HMA wearing course, linestriping, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for the project. CONTRACT NO. 26-R02 includes construction of four ADA compliant ramps, approximately 600 square yards of roadway reconstruction with bituminous pavement, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Add alternates include additional concrete curb, concrete sidewalk replacement, and roadway resurfacing. All bidders are required to purchase the Bid Documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid, made payable to the City of Farrell to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if awarded. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety calendar days after the scheduled receipt of bids. Bidders must comply with all applicable regulations, prevailing wage rates, nondiscrimination in hiring, and other requirements stipulated in the Contract Documents.
