The City of Yukon, Oklahoma is accepting mailed or delivered proposals for the Taylor Park Fencing Project. Proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. C.S.T. on the specified deadline and will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City Hall Conference Room. Specifications can be obtained from the City Clerk's office. All proposals must be submitted to the designated address by the deadline; late submissions will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their bids. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any or all informalities. This project includes the addition of fencing at Taylor Park in Yukon using the following material specifications: Specifications for all 3 projects o 6' black chain link fence o 8-gauge wire o 2 3/8" terminal posts o 2 3/8" line posts o 1 5/8" top rail 1800 ft. fencing section o 2 double gates - 6' tall x 5' wide o 3 single gates - 6' tall x 4' wide 2600 ft. fencing section o 4 single gates - 6' tall x 4' wide 4400 ft. section (combination of 1800 ft. section and 2600 ft. section) o 2 double gates - 6' tall x 5' wide o 7 single gates = 6' tall x 4' wide Please provide 3 separate bids for the three different options. The City reserves the right to select only one of the options (1800 ft. or 2600 ft.) or the combined option of 4400 ft. based on available funds and priorities. The Contractor will be required to provide all equipment, materials, supplies, and labor to complete the fencing project to meet industry standards. All fencing equipment and supplies shall be commercial grade. This project will take place at Taylor Park at 401 N 11th St, Yukon, OK 73099 in Yukon, Oklahoma. INCLUSIONS: 1. The proposed project will take place at Taylor Park. The fencing will surround the new soccer fields and consider future developments. 2. This project will include the installation of fencing using the above-mentioned material specifications in the scope of work section. PROPOSAL SELECTION PROCESS: The City of Yukon will choose the lowest responsible proposal. Criteria to consider will be total project cost, quality of equipment, professional references, experience, and construction services.
