The Elbert County Board of Education (ECBOE) is soliciting proposals from construction professionals or firms interested in providing Construction Professional (CP) services in Elbert County, Elberton, Georgia. Renovation and modernization of Elbert County Elementary School -Replace current fluorescent fixtures/lighting with LED lighting -Replace tiled bathroom floors with epoxy flooring and replace partitions -Remove and replace gym floor (approximately 4200 square feet) - type to be determined later -Remove and replace playground equipment B. Renovation and modernization of Elbert County Middle School -Replace current fluorescent fixtures/lighting with LED fixtures/lighting -Replace tiled bathroom floors with epoxy flooring and replace partitions C. Renovation and modernization of Paul J Blackwell Learning Center -Replace current fluorescent fixtures/lighting with LED lighting -Replace tiled bathroom floors with suitable flooring and replace partitions -Replace ceiling grid and tiles in two-third's of facility -Replace exterior doors and hardware (approximately eight double doors and five single doors) -Remove and replace carpet in 8 classrooms (approximately 700 square feet in each classroom) D.
