Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project is for the New Ramay Jr. High School at 1998 North College Avenue, Fayetteville AR. The following bid packages will be bid: Tree Harvesting; Erosion Control, Demo, Earthwork and Storm Drainage; Site Utilities; Asphalt and Base; Retaining Walls (Redi Rock and Gabions); Site Railings (At Retaining Walls). Bids must be submitted to Clark Contractors, LLC via email or Building Connected. A 5% bid bond or cashier’s check is required. Bidders must use official contract documents obtained from Clark Contractors or their representatives. Successful bidders must execute a subcontract agreement based on the Clark Master Subcontract, Project Schedule, and Clark Scope Sheet, and comply with insurance requirements. All questions must be directed to Clark Contractors. Bidders cannot withdraw bids within thirty days after the bid opening. Participation by small, minority, and women business enterprises is encouraged, as is the purchase of materials/equipment and subcontracting to such enterprises. Pre-qualification requirements: All bidders must submit a current Clark Prequalification Form prior to submitting their bid. Bidders must comply with Arkansas licensing laws and be licensed before bidding.
