The successful bidder for this contract will assume full responsibility for carrying out the work in accordance with the plans, specifications and directives issued by the Town, and will repair certain culverts, re-profile ditches, replace certain sections of the granular foundation and repair the road surface. The successful bidder shall carry out all work while ensuring public safety at all times, proper traffic management, compliance with applicable standards, and protection of adjacent properties and existing infrastructure.
