Renovation of a municipal facility in Ironton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Remove the non-functioning water radiator heaters and associated plumbing lines. Replace existing light fixtures with matching LED lights from the 3rd floor in all oUices, hallways, lobbies, and bathrooms. Replace all associated switches with new dimmer switches for LED lighting. Move/ remove old conduit for lighting. Paint walls, ceilings, doors, and trim to match 3rd floor including painting tiles throughout the 2nd floor to match the 3rd floor. Install new vinyl flooring over existing tile floor in all offices, hallways, bathrooms, and lobbies. Remove any carpeting in offices, hallways and spaces. Replace all windows on the 2nd floor with energy efficient vinyl units to match 2nd floor. Install blinds for windows Remove a short wall / doorway between offices and inner lobby to create an ADA Compliant service window for public - employee interaction. Remove existing roller storage shelving in storage room. Remove any old outdated unused wiring for phone or internet systems no longer needed Upgrade electrical outlets in oUices and add additional outlets in cubical areas if possible. Demo existing storage closet in hallway and rebuild using a larger footprint. (Bid separate as option) The Iron County Commission is seeking proposals from qualified firms for a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract for repairs and improvements to offices, hallways, and storage rooms located on the second floor of the Courthouse at 250 South Main Street, Ironton, MO. The work is specific to the 2nd Floor of the 1964 addition to the historic Courthouse. All scope of work must be included in a single price proposal; the County Commission will not bid out portions separately. Sealed bid proposals must be submitted in clearly marked envelopes. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
