TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway seeking master plan services for the project. Surrey City Development Corporation is seeking a qualified, multidisciplinary consultant team to prepare an implementation-focused, development-oriented Master Plan for the Cloverdale Fairgrounds, a 120-acre City-owned site in Cloverdale, Surrey. The site is a regional destination hosting over 700 events annually, with a mix of aging and newer facilities supporting civic, cultural, recreational, and commercial uses. The requested Master Plan will build on prior planning work and focus on a market-informed, phased redevelopment strategy addressing financial feasibility, constructability, land use sequencing, and operational continuity. Proposals must be delivered electronically.
