Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids will be received for the Greyton, Doan and Elberon Street Project. Each bid must include the full names of the parties making the bid, an affidavit as to interested parties, and a certificate for corporations not chartered in Ohio authorizing them to do business in Ohio. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty Bond for 100% of the bid amount or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit for 10% of the bid, payable to the Owner. The bid guaranty will be for the benefit of the Owner if the contract is not executed and bonds and insurance certificates are not furnished within ten days after notification of award. Bidders must purchase a set of plans and bid documents and follow all provided instructions to be considered a responsive bidder. Bids from contractors not on the Plan Holders List will be disqualified. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and accept any bid deemed most favorable. The Owner is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against the handicapped. All contractor Request for Information (RFI) during bidding will be accepted until March 23, 2026 at noon and if required an Addendum will be issued on March 20, 2026. All contractor Request for information shall be submitted to Karpinski Engineering via email at cbednar@karpinskieng.com.
