Bids are requested for the replacement of Structure No. 50-149-140. Bids may be submitted online through QuestCDN vBid online bidding or as sealed paper copies to the Minnehaha County Auditor's Office. Bidding information can be downloaded from www.questcdn.com by referencing project number 10090199 for a non-refundable charge. Digital project information must be downloaded from QuestCDN to be added to the Planholder List and access vBid for online bid submission. Sealed paper bids must use the specifications and proposal forms provided by the Minnehaha County Highway Department. Bids submitted on other forms will be considered irregular and will not be accepted. Minnehaha County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make awards as deemed in the best interest of the County.
