Site work and new construction of a civil project in Trumann, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are invited for Contract 1 - Construction of a Ground Storage Tank and Contract 2 - Construction of a Water Treatment Facility. Bids will be received at Trumann City Hall, 825 Hwy. 463 North, Trumann, AR 72472. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other Contract Documents are available for examination at designated locations. Contract Documents can be obtained from Miller Newell Engineers upon payment of $150 per set, with a $75 refund upon return of the documents in usable condition within 14 days after bid receipt. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must submit bid security as specified in the Information for Bidders and comply with Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after opening.
